Designed with the best of student living in mind, Frederick House has a range of room types for living with friends in a shared flat or townhouse or for independent living in a studio. With a converted police station at the front of the building, there are a range of social spaces including a lounge, hosting kitchen, cinema and quiet study space. Completed September 2022
